Requirements
1. PRC registered lawyers, and have been practicing for more than 5 years;
2. Be of good character, honest, integrity, and not subject to any industry and administrative penalties;
3. Strong business capability and professional competence, specializing in a particular field;
4. Good communication and team leadership skills; and
5. Having a medium to long-term career planning, acknowledging the culture and philosophy of the firm, willing to share the joys and hardships with the firm and grow together.
