The 2023 annual working meeting of Dehe Shanghai Commercial Dispute Resolution Business Committee was successfully held

On the morning of December 29, 2023, Dewo Shanghai Commercial Dispute Resolution Business Committee held the annual working meeting, which reviewed the work achievements of the committee in the past year, and discussed and planned the future work direction and strategy in depth. The meeting was presided over by Lawyer Zhang Fang and attended by nearly 25 lawyers from Shanghai office.

In his opening speech, Lawyer Hou Jie, director of the Commission, thanked his colleagues for attending the meeting and reviewed a series of achievements made by the Commission since its establishment on December 1, 2022. Lawyer Hou Jie stressed that the establishment and development of the business competition Committee cannot be separated from the joint efforts of all members and the support of the firm. He hoped that everyone would make joint suggestions and contribute to the development of the business competition committee.

Hou Jie said that the meeting is mainly to report the work of the business competition committee in the past year, and discuss the organizational structure, personnel arrangement and working mechanism of the new business competition committee. In order to be more conducive to the development of the Commission, the new Commission will select "committee members, secretary, deputy secretary general, Secretary general, deputy director, director" and other personnel from all the members who joined the wechat group of "Dehe Shanghai Commercial Dispute Resolution Business Committee" to form the decision-making and executive body of the new Commission. Responsible for decision-making and implementation of the specific affairs of the Commission.

This initiative will also help to improve the decision-making efficiency and execution of the CEC and inject new vitality into the development of the CEC.

It is reported that the final deadline for self-recommendation and recommendation is January 7, 2024. Upon expiration of the deadline, the Commercial Competition Committee will sort out and confirm the list of all personnel, and submit it to the management committee for examination and approval before making public.

Lawyer Gao Li, secretary general of the Commission, makes the 2023 annual work report. She made a detailed exposition from three aspects: achievements, shortcomings and future development plans. All the colleagues attending the meeting discussed the aforementioned work report in depth and expressed their opinions or suggestions on the future work arrangement of the Business Competition Committee in turn.

Lawyer Qiu Wenyu, director of Dehe Shanghai Management Committee, made a concluding speech. He spoke highly of the importance and achievements of the meeting and placed high hopes on the future development of the Commission. Lawyer Qiu Wenyu said that the construction of the professional committee is an important measure for the development of the firm. He hoped that all lawyers could actively contribute their own strength and wisdom to jointly promote the professional construction of the committee and the firm.
