On January 11, 2025, the first meeting of the Dehehantong National Management Committee in 2025 was successfully held at the Paramount Hotel Dubai. All members of the National Management Committee gathered together to discuss the future development strategy and planning of Dehehantong.

01. Opening speech

Mr. Jiang Chun, founding partner of Dehehantong, delivered an enthusiastic opening speech. First of all, I expressed a warm welcome to the office directors from all over the world and other first-time participants. During the meeting, the signing ceremony of Lanzhou Office was held. Attorney Zhou Zhan, director of Dehehantong Hefei Office, shared the theme report on the development of Dehehantong Hefei Office in 2025, focusing on five parts: "City situation, industry situation, legal area introduction, team building, and development planning". He stressed that in 2025, the Hefei office will continue to expand its business areas, empower the emerging legal service market, strengthen collaboration with other offices of Dehehantong, and realize resource sharing and complementary advantages. The sharing of lawyer Zhou Zhan has drawn a clear blueprint for the future development of the Hefei office, showing the strategic layout and development potential of Dehehantong in Hefei.

Mr. Yuan Nan, director of the Kunming Office of Dehehantong, introduced the construction of law offices culture in Kunming Office in detail, with the core concept of "we are not each other", and elaborated in depth from three aspects of "why to establish corporate culture, how we implemented it in this year, and the concentrated embodiment of the implementation results in this year". Through a series of cultural construction measures, Dehehantong Kunming Office has successfully created an equal, inclusive, symbiotic and harmonious law offices environment, which has enhanced lawyers' sense of happiness and belonging, and laid a solid foundation for the long-term development of the law offices.

Li Kunwei, director of Dehehantong Chengdu Office, made a detailed year-end report on the development of Chengdu office. It includes "revenue generation, offices  headcount, highlights, what works, and plans for 2025." Lawyer Li Kunwei's report comprehensively demonstrated the achievements and future development plans of Dehehantong Chengdu Office in the past year, showing the strong development momentum and office confidence of Chengdu Office in the legal service market.

Mr. Qiu Wenyu, director of the Shanghai Management Committee of Dehehantong, described the six sections of "General situation of the development of law offices in China, development status of Shanghai Office, observation of the development stage of law offices, the role and suggestions of four types of lawyers to law offices, whether we have the target law office, and maximize the mutual empowerment of total offices". Finally, he concluded with the service concept of "Diligence, ingenuity, and perfection", emphasizing that all members of Dehehantong should work together to go forward and make joint efforts to achieve the long-term development goals of the law office.

05. Exchange speeches

In the exchange and speech session, the members of the national Management Committee of Dehehantong had a heated discussion on important issues such as "the improvement of the system of the National Management Committee of Dehehantong, the integration construction of Dehehantong, and the future development layout plan of Dehehantong". According to the actual situation and work experience of each office director, put forward many constructive opinions and suggestions.
