DHHT Chi Jun Hui and Jiang Chun lawyers have been re-appointed as arbitrators of the Shanghai International Arbitration Center for the new term.
Recently, the Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (abbreviated as "SHIAC" in English, also known as "Shanghai International Arbitration Center") announced the launch of the new edition of the "Arbitrators' List". Cui Junhui, a senior partner of DHHT Law Firm's Shanghai office, and Jiang Chun, the founding partner, were re-appointed as arbitrators of the Shanghai International Arbitration Center for the new term, with the appointment period ending on April 30, 2031.
The arbitrators of the Shanghai International Arbitration Center adopt an open recruitment mechanism. They are selected based on comprehensive considerations of candidates' professional expertise, social influence, background of previous positions, industry demands, professional ethics, and overall evaluation. After being reviewed and approved by the 8th meeting of the 4th committee of the arbitration commission, the list of new arbitrators was finally determined.

Chi Junhui
Lawyer Chi Junhui's practice areas include commercial dispute resolution, corporate compliance, data compliance, and protection of trade secrets, with a particular focus on commercial dispute resolution. He has extensive experience in this field. He has handled numerous significant and complex litigation and arbitration cases involving international trade, company equity, financing leases, construction projects, and other areas in courts of several high-level courts across the country and in renowned arbitration committees and other judicial institutions worldwide. Lawyer Chi has dual experience as an in-house legal advisor and an external lawyer. He has served as the general legal advisor for several multinational enterprises. He is familiar with the needs of enterprises and is adept at helping them solve practical problems. He has extensive experience in helping Chinese enterprises establish a global market, dealing with complex legal challenges globally, conducting cross-border litigation and arbitration, and other legal issues. Lawyer Chi also serves as an arbitrator for several arbitration institutions such as the Shanghai International Arbitration Center and the Shanghai Arbitration Commission.
Jiang Chun
Lawyer Jiang Chun is the founding partner ofDHHT Law Firm and a senior member of the British Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIarb). He holds a Master's degree in Law from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. With nearly 25 years of practice experience, he has extensive expertise in commercial non-litigation and commercial dispute (litigation and arbitration) fields. His clients include well-known large enterprise groups from both domestic and international markets, covering industries such as finance, investment, real estate, hotels, manufacturing, and universities. He has received honors such as "Dispute Resolution Lawyer of the Year in Shanghai Region" by The Legal 500 China in 2026, "Top Lawyer in China" in the "Asialaw Profiles" ranking list, "Elite 100 in the Dispute Resolution Field" by LegalOne, "Brand Star in the Enterprise Commercial Field" by Lianxin News Agency in 2025 (leading lawyer in East China), and "Brand Star in the Dispute Resolution Field" by LegalOne in 2024 (strong lawyer). He has been appointed as an arbitrator for several domestic and foreign arbitration institutions, including the Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (Shanghai International Arbitration Center) and the Shanghai Arbitration Commission. Some institutions have selected him as an "Outstanding Arbitrator". Some of his rulings have been rated as "Excellent Rulings". He has also served as a part-time master's supervisor at several universities, including Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and a senior advisor at the China-Africa Exchange Center of the Law School of Shanghai University. He has received the "Yizhan Contribution Memorial Award" from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and the "Zhengyi Contribution Award" from the Kairong Law School of Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He has published several academic papers such as "Breaking the 'Final Ruling in One Arbitration' System and Exploring the Entity Appeal Mechanism" and "The Legal Basis and Practical Improvement of the 'Pre-Arbitration Notification' System", and has participated in the compilation of the monograph "Essential Readings on Investment in Uganda".
