Professor Xu Junfeng, the Party Secretary of the Digital Law School (Intellectual Property School) of Shanghai University of Political Science and Law, Professor Huang Qinhua, the Vice Dean, Ms. Yin Xiaohui, the Deputy Party Secretary, Mr. Wu Weiyu, the Office Director, Ms. Wang Juan, the Party Secretary of the Student Branch, and student representatives Zeng Qingrui, Tang Zouxing, Zhu Kefan, etc. attended the event. Opening Remarks

Lawyer Li Shengnan, the co-chair of the Shanghai Data Compliance and Cybersecurity Business Committee of DHHT Law Firm, presided over the event.

Zhang Wencan, a member of the National Management Committee of DHHT Law Firm and the Director of the Taizhou Office, delivered a welcome speech. He stated that Shanghai University of Political Science and Law has been deeply engaged in legal education, and the Digital Law School (Intellectual Property School) focuses on digital law. This aligns with the multi-field layout of DHHT Law Firm. He expressed the hope that the theoretical knowledge of the university and the practical work of the law firm can be combined, and that there will be deeper collaboration in areas such as practical training and course collaboration, to jointly build an industry-academia integration platform.

Professor Xu Junfeng, the Party Secretary of the Digital Law School (Intellectual Property School) of Shanghai University of Political Science and Law, delivered a speech in which he introduced the history of the school, the background of the faculty, and the disciplinary advantages. He also expressed his appreciation for the DHHT Law Firm practical platform and the firm culture of the law firm. Thematic Report

DHHT Law Firm invited several lawyers from different legal fields to hold a special exchange meeting. They shared their insights on topics such as artificial intelligence, data compliance, intellectual property rights, legal technology, and other emerging legal practices and talent demands.

Li Shengnan, a partner of DHHT Law Firm's Shanghai office and the co-chair of the Data Compliance and Cybersecurity Business Committee, shared insights on data compliance, cybersecurity, and AI compliance. She introduced the composition and business scope of the firm's members in related fields, and proposed the three key elements of AI development, analyzed the resulting legal disputes, and suggested that students strengthen their technical understanding and practical judgment skills to meet the service demands in this field.

Yang Mei, a lawyer from DHHT Law Firm's Shanghai office, delivered a presentation titled "Opportunities and Challenges in Intellectual Property Protection in the Cultural, Entertainment and Sports Fields". She used practical cases such as those related to the cultural, entertainment and sports industries, sports event IPs, and cultural and creative products to illustrate the practical difficulties in protecting intellectual property rights for new business models and development patterns under the rapid changes brought about by new productive forces.

Yu Zhongya, a lawyer from Shanghai Minglun Law Firm, delivered a speech focusing on "Difficult Issues of New AI-related Crimes and the New Demands for Digital and Legal Talents". He proposed three major categories of new AI-related crimes and explained the classification criteria with classic cases. He also warned that future legal talents should possess three core abilities: technical interpretation, evidence analysis, and cross-disciplinary communication, in order to make technology beneficial.

Ji Kang, a lawyer from DHHT Law Firm's Shanghai office, shared about the empowerment of legal technology platforms. He presented the current situation of the legal AI sector both domestically and internationally, arguing that the legal service industry is undergoing a transformation from tool assistance to process reengineering. He also pointed out the relationship between legal AI and universities, enterprises, and practitioners, and stated that various methods should be employed to deepen the cooperation between universities and institutions.

Zhang Wencan, a member of the National Management Committee of DHHT Law Firm and the Director of the Taizhou Office, delivered a presentation titled "The Intellectual Property Path of Financial Bankruptcy Lawyers". He analyzed the current legal service environment based on practical cases, introduced the various new legal demands for industrial cooperation that have been implemented by the DHHT Law Firm Taizhou Office, and reminded lawyers that they need to expand their knowledge boundaries and enhance their cross-domain service capabilities.

Discussion and Exchange

The participants engaged in in-depth discussions on talent cultivation, joint training, and industry-university-research cooperation. Both sides reached a consensus that the cultivation of digital and intelligent legal talents requires mutual empowerment from both the school and the enterprise. DHHT Law Firm, leveraging its professional advantages in data compliance and intellectual property, provides internships, practical teaching, and event guidance. The college, leveraging its disciplinary research advantages, jointly builds courses and jointly studies cases, achieving deep cooperation between the school and the enterprise.

Signing and Awarding Ceremony

Professor Huang Qinhua, the vice dean of the Digital Law School (Intellectual Property School) of Shanghai University of Political Science and Law, and Lawyer Zhang Wencan, a member of the national management committee and the director of the Taizhou office of DHHT Law Firm, signed the cooperation agreement for establishing a university internship base as representatives of both parties.

Li Shengnan, a partner of the Shanghai office of DHHT Law Firm and the co-chair of the Data Compliance and Cybersecurity Business Committee, represented the law firm to receive the plaque.

After the ceremony, Professor Xu Junfeng read out the proposal for appointing training mentors, suggesting to hire Zhang Wencan, Li Shengnan, Ru Zhongya and other relevant lawyers from Li Jian's team as practice mentors. This would further clarify the requirements for the base construction and promote the regular implementation of school-enterprise joint education.

The Digital Law School (Intellectual Property School) of Shanghai University of Political Science and Law - Visited the office environment of DHHT Law Firm on-site, and learned about the firm's development history, business layout, establishment of professional committees, and cultural concepts.
