1. Individual member of Shanghai Bar Association;
2. Member of Shanghai Bar Association;
3. Invited member of Shanghai Bar Association;
4. Preparatory Member of Shanghai Bar Association.
Each member may only participate in one team and may not register with two or more teams. If there are special circumstances such as the transfer procedure, the city's law firm is dispatched to a branch office in other provinces and cities, it must be explained in the registration, and the organizing committee will review it according to the actual situation.
4. The nature and name of the participating teams
The teams in this competition can be named according to the "team", "united" and "mixed team", the specific criteria are:
1. "Team", the participants are mainly composed of the same law firm. Up to 2 individual members of the Shanghai Bar Association, corporate lawyers, invited members or associate members (hereinafter referred to as "foreign aid") who are not members of the law firm can be hired to join the team. The name of the team shall use part or the whole name of the law firm and end with "the team", and at most 1 foreign aid on the field is on the field at the same time;
2. "United Team", which consists of two or three law firms. The team name may use the name of two or three law firms and end with "United", only the two or three law firms are allowed to play on the field;
3. "Mixed team", which can be composed of multiple law firms. There is no limit to the number of players of each law firm on the field in each match, but the team name shall not appear in Chinese, pinyin or English in part or the whole size/field of any law firm, ending with "team".
5. Competition form
The game is a full-court five-a-side game. This competition does not carry out the cornerstone level and progressive level classification competition, and does not limit the number of participating teams. The specific schedule of the competition system will be finalized after the registration according to the ranking of the last competition and the group drawing of this competition.
6. Game time
From August to September 2024 (subject to the specific registration situation may be adjusted), all matches will be arranged on weekends. The specific time and venue will be notified to the participating teams after the registration is confirmed.

Viii. Registration method
1. Law firms that intend to participate in the competition (" United "and" mixed team "shall be the leading law firm) log in to the Eastern Lawyer website, enter the member center, click on the activity registration, the team leader fill in the corresponding information, and fill in the team member registration form and upload it in the attachment (see the attachment for details). The completion of the registration system does not mean that the registration is successful. The Organizing committee will conduct the final qualification review in accordance with the above rules for confirmation.2. If there are less than 8 valid members of each team registered, or if there are serious errors in the registration information or materials, the registration shall be deemed invalid after verification.
3. The deadline for registration is 18:00 on Thursday, August 1, 2024. In principle, supplementary registration is no longer accepted, and on-site registration is not accepted. Successful teams should attend the leader meeting and competition on time according to the requirements of the follow-up notice. If there is any change, please inform us in advance.

9. Entry fee
There is no entry fee.
10. Award setting
There are three prizes for the champion, the runner-up and the third runner-up in this competition, which are won by the top three winners and awarded trophies.
11. Others
The Organizing committee may make reasonable adjustments to the competition time, competition scale, attendance, schedule and competition system, or even suspend them. Please understand.
