Lawyer Profile
Liu Wen, a lawyer with a law master's degree from East China Normal University. She holds qualifications in securities investment consulting, securities analysts, and fund practitioners. She has worked as a securities investment consultant and commercial analyst in Guangfa Securities. She has a combined background in finance and business. In 2025, she participated in the western training program in Xinjiang Kashi for one year and was selected for the public commendation list of the All-China Lawyers Association for 2025 western training program due to her outstanding performance. Currently, she focuses on corporate law and compliance, and has both practical financial experience and administrative legal service experience.
In 2025, Liu Wen was selected for the "Young Lawyers Western Training Program" in Shanghai and traveled to Xinjiang Kashi, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, to conduct practical training for one year. Facing the situation of relatively insufficient legal service forces at the grassroots level and differences in language and culture, Liu Wen actively integrated into local work, understood the legal service needs of the people, combined her professional strengths, and actively carried out legal publicity, assistance services, conflict resolution, and dispute handling, providing professional support for the local grassroots legal construction and public legal services, and receiving high praise from the local judicial administrative department.
From a familiar legal practice environment to the grassroots level in the west, what has changed is the region and position, but what remains unchanged is Liu Wen's original intention of serving the people through legal services and fulfilling responsibilities with professionalism. During the training period, she integrated her professional capabilities into the legal practice at the grassroots level, responded to the needs of the people with care, and demonstrated the responsibility and担当 of a new-generation young lawyer through practical actions.
This public commendation from the All-China Lawyers Association is a full recognition of Liu Wen's performance and dedication during the western training period, and also an encouragement for DHHT to assume social responsibilities and participate in legal construction. DHHT always believes that a law firm's support for lawyers' growth lies not only in helping lawyers continuously improve their professional capabilities, but also in encouraging lawyers to venture into broader legal practice and respond to social needs with their professional strengths.
In the future, DHHT will continue to encourage and support lawyers to go to the grassroots level and serve society, actively participate in legal aid, public legal services, and grassroots legal practice, expand professional value in the practice of serving national strategies and responding to social needs, and with the professionalism and responsibility of lawyers, contribute to promoting the comprehensive rule of law and assisting the legal construction in the western regions.
