He focuses on commercial crimes, intellectual property-related offences, digital crimes, duty offences and fraud cases. He has secured non-prosecution decisions, suspended sentences with substantially reduced monetary penalties and other favourable outcomes in numerous complex and high-stakes cases. He regularly participates in professional training sessions and community legal consultation programmes, and leads the drafting of grassroots mediation guidelines.

Lawyer Wang Yuanyuan specialises in criminal defence, corporate compliance, anti-fraud & anti-malfeasance, and legal publicity. She previously served as a senior prosecutor in Shanghai. She holds a Master of Laws from East China University of Political Science and Law and TEM-8 certification in English.
She currently serves as a member of the Criminal Procedure Law and Criminal Defence Committee as well as the Publicity Committee of the Shanghai Bar Association, and Deputy Director of the Criminal Law Committee of the Xuhui District Lawyers Working Committee. She is also a research fellow at the Beijing Lawyers Law Research Society, the Shanghai Corporate Compliance Research Centre and the Fadu Research Institute, and an off-campus supervisor for Shanghai Maritime University and Shanghai University of Political Science and Law.
In addition, she is one of the drafters of the group standard Evaluation on the Effectiveness of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise Compliance Management System, a faculty member of the Yangtze River Delta Criminal Defence 300 Talent Pool, and a course instructor for multiple legal practice platforms.
