1. New Hope Property Services Group Co., Ltd.: Delivered a full spectrum of legal services including regular legal consultations, contract drafting and review, legal letter issuance, sharing of legal and regulatory research, and provision of specialized legal training. Engaged in addressing prominent issues within the property industry, such as the selection of property services and disputes between homeowner associations and homeowners;
2. HuaXing MingShi Group Co., Ltd.: Provided legal assistance for an acquisition dispute involving assets totaling over RMB 550 million, which was successfully resolved through withdrawal of litigation;
3. Securities Misrepresentation Dispute: Represented Mr./Ms. Du, Mr./Ms. Li, and eleven other clients in a securities misrepresentation dispute with Zangge Holding Co., Ltd., successfully recovering RMB 25 million in losses for the clients;
4. Chengdu China National Building Materials New Energy Sector Company: Advised on a major land auction matter, dealing with advanced legal issues such as objections to the execution of lessees' pre-emptive rights in civil execution auctions, saving the client nearly RMB 20 million in costs.
Ms. Chen Yiliang has previously worked in the human resources department of Sinopec, engaging in personnel management. Since practicing law in 2017, leveraging her interdisciplinary professional background and work experience, she has resolved a multitude of disputes for clients through diversified approaches, safeguarding their legal rights and interests. Ms. Chen has been a senior partner and the head of civil and commercial affairs at the Chengdu office of Dehehantong since its establishment. She holds the qualification of Certified Information Security Professional (CISP) from the China Information Security Evaluation Center and has served as an editorial committee member for the “Application Interpretation of the Effectiveness Evaluation of SME Compliance Management System”.
