2. HuaXing MingShi Group Co., Ltd.: Provided legal assistance for an acquisition dispute involving assets totaling over RMB 550 million, which was successfully resolved through withdrawal of litigation;
3. Securities Misrepresentation Dispute: Represented Mr./Ms. Du, Mr./Ms. Li, and eleven other clients in a securities misrepresentation dispute with Zangge Holding Co., Ltd., successfully recovering RMB 25 million in losses for the clients;
4. Chengdu China National Building Materials New Energy Sector Company: Advised on a major land auction matter, dealing with advanced legal issues such as objections to the execution of lessees' pre-emptive rights in civil execution auctions, saving the client nearly RMB 20 million in costs.

Ms. Chen Yiliang has previously worked in the human resources department of Sinopec, engaging in personnel management. Since practicing law in 2017, leveraging her interdisciplinary professional background and work experience, she has resolved a multitude of disputes for clients through diversified approaches, safeguarding their legal rights and interests.
