2. Provide legal services and design transaction documents for the due diligence of assets in the acquisition of gas pipelines, pressure regulating stations, and measuring cabinets in Jintang County, Sichuan Province for Chengdu Gas Group, involving an amount of 130 million yuan.

3. We provided a lawsuit for a customer in Chengdu to protect their rights due to "fake divorce" resulting in "net out of home". We have initiated three cases: post divorce property disputes, cohabitation property disputes, and custody disputes. We have successfully applied for more than ten investigation orders to comprehensively review the property and debt situation during marriage and cohabitation, and to strive for satisfactory property rights for the customer.

4. We provide specialized legal services for the isolation of family enterprise risks for a certain business owner in Shenzhen, comprehensively sorting out the operational risks and personal risks of the enterprise owner. We combine the company's articles of association, concerted action agreements, spousal property agreements, wills, voluntary guardianship agreements, life insurance, insurance fund trusts and other financial instruments and legal tools to comprehensively prevent and control risks.

To provide specialized legal services for multiple domestic real estate holdings to a client in Mianyang, we disclose objective facts such as the risks faced by the holders themselves and the effectiveness of the real estate holdings agreement in judicial practice, as well as whether the real estate holdings agreement can resist execution during execution. Provide professional guidance from the drafting of proxy holding terms, signing of commitment letters from the spouse of the proxy holder, arranging documents such as property mortgage rights and establishment of property residency rights, as well as practical aspects such as housing fund contribution, contract custody, and housing use.
