Lecturer at the Law School of Southwest University of Science and Technology, concurrently serving as a council member of the Intellectual Property Law Research Association of Sichuan Provincial Law Society, a member of the Trademark Law Revision Task Force of the China Trademark Association, a postgraduate mentor at the Intellectual Property School of Sichuan University of Science and Engineering, the deputy director of the Tianfu Metaverse Legal Policy Research Institute in Sichuan Tianfu New Area, an expert committee member of the Intellectual Property Dispute Mediation Committee of Sichuan Copyright Association, and the secretary-general of the Network Space Governance and Data Compliance Research Association of Sichuan Tianfu New Area Law Society. He has won multiple awards, including the first prize of the 9th "Govern Sichuan and Prosper Sichuan" Forum征文 of Sichuan Provincial Law Society, the second prize of the Sichuan-Chongqing Intellectual Property Service Skills Competition, and the first prize of the annual essay contest of the Intellectual Property Law Research Association of Sichuan Provincial Law Society. He possesses a patent agency qualification and has published more than ten professional papers in core and excellent journals such as "Electronic Intellectual Property" and "Peking University Intellectual Property Review." He has been interviewed by well-known media outlets such as China Intellectual Property News and Tianfu Release on relevant hot legal issues. Many of the cases he has handled have been selected as provincial-level typical cases, and he has achieved multiple reversed judgments at the Supreme People's Court, Beijing High People's Court, and other courts.
