The lawyer communicated with the procurator, the presiding judge of the criminal court, and the trial judge on multiple occasions and in depth, resulting in a three-year legal process. After four trials, the first-instance court finally applied probation.)

Qi's smuggling and transportation of drugs case (involving 16 kilograms of heroin, after careful examination of the evidence and submission of opinions, the court determined that there were flaws in the extraction and weighing process, and there was suspicion of "fishing law enforcement" during the incident. In the end, he was sentenced to life imprisonment in the first instance and did not apply the death penalty);

3. Yang's bribery and bribery case (formerly the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of a certain group headquarters, at the level of department head); After retiring for 6 years, he was investigated by the Yunnan Provincial Supervision Commission and ultimately sentenced to 12 years in prison, temporarily serving outside of prison;

Guo is suspected of bribery, misappropriation of public funds, corruption, and abuse of power (originally the Chairman of a certain construction and development company); This case is a joint crime. After defense, the first instance was sentenced to 45 years, and the combined execution of 25 years of imprisonment. After the second instance was remanded back to the first instance for retrial, the sentence was changed to 20 years of imprisonment;
