Holds the Qualification of Level-3 Corporate Legal Counsel for State-owned Enterprises. During tenure in the Securities Legal Department of a listed company, I participated in the operation of the company’s private placement of directional additional shares, and am well-versed in the procedures of shareholders’ meetings, board meetings, supervisory board meetings (Three Meetings) and information disclosure for listed companies. I was awarded the Individual Excellence Award in the Nanjing Emerging Industry Legal Skills Competition.
During my practice at law firms, I provided legal counsel services to multiple corporate clients, taking charge of reviewing and revising corporate internal rules and contracts. I also assisted in drafting legal opinions for government strategic cooperation projects and issued project review legal comments.
