1. Corporate governance

• Assisted a network technology Co., Ltd. to hold interim shareholder meeting, coordinated the notarization of the whole meeting, filed lawsuit to Wang for license return, successfully regained the business license and official seal that had been invaded.

• Drafted documents such as the Articles of Association and Equity Holding Agreement for a group company in Zhejiang, helped the company successfully complete 400 million yuan of value addition and share expansion, realized business transformation and upgrading.

2. Real estate

• Acted in a land dispute case between district government investment platform company in Shanghai and an industrial company in Shanghai, applied for supervision of the second branch of the Shanghai People’s Procuratorate, successfully filed retrial, with the target amount of 100 million yuan.

• Acted in a land lease contract dispute between a Shanghai Enterprise Development Co., Ltd. and a logistics Co., Ltd., successfully determined that the lease contract was invalid, reduced the compensation amount by 6 million yuan in the second time of trial.

3. Commercial dispute resolution

• Acted in and other contract dispute between a construction engineering Co., Ltd. and an investment Co., Ltd. in Shanghai, revoked civil rulings of a district people's court, with the target amount of 40 million yuan.

• Acted in a private lending dispute between a construction company in Shanghai and a company in Jiangsu, with the court order in favor of the principal of the creditor’s rights reaching 9.7 million yuan, and interest, litigation costs, maintenance costs borne by the defendant.

4. Government legal services

• Involved in the third-party evaluation project on Government Information Disclosure of Shanghai Baoshan District People’s Government, wrote the Third-party Evaluation Report of Shanghai Baoshan District Government’s Information Disclosure (2018) s a principal member to participate in.

• Provided special legal opinions for the Petition Office of Shanghai Baoshan District People’s Government, Baoshan District Education Bureau and other institution.
