4.In the case of a lawsuit, enforcement recovery, and bankruptcy reorganization between Yunnan Branch of an Asset Management Co., Ltd. in China and Yunnan Electric Power Equipment Co., Ltd. with a total amount of 58 million yuan, the debt was fully recovered through litigation and enforcement, and relevant legal services were provided in subsequent bankruptcy reorganization proceedings;
