I obtained legal qualifications in 1999 and acquired lawyer practice license in 2000. With 24 years of experience in the legal field, including 7 years as a partner at a law firm, I also obtained certification as a trademark agent in 2000. Throughout my career, I have held positions as a legal specialist, manager, and adviser for state-owned, foreign-owned, and private enterprises. This includes serving as the legal adviser for a major coal enterprise in Liaoning Province (a state-owned entity), the legal specialist for Zhuji Power Supply Bureau in Zhejiang Province (also state-owned), the legal adviser for Shahe Petroleum Group in Shanghai (a foreign-owned enterprise), and the role of legal manager at Zhongfa Group in Shanghai (a private enterprise). Since Jun 2014, I have been practicing law at Shangh Qianzhi Law Office (later renamed Shanghai Dehehantong Law Office).
