Since May 1,2023, 7 private fund managers have been registered (continuously updated), ranking first in the country.  Since its practice, it has sponsored and been responsible for more than 100 private fund manager registration, major changes, product filing, compliance management and dispute resolution projects.

2. Advising a private fund manager on a major equity buyback dispute, and ultimately reaching a client-friendly settlement.

4. Due diligence and compliance guidance were conducted for Beijing XX Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd. and Shanghai XX Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd., and special legal opinions on abnormal operation were issued and approved.

Providing legal services for an industrial fund in Wuxi investing in a technology company in Shanghai, including but not limited to consultation and negotiation of investors, drafting and finalization of delivery documents, satisfaction of delivery conditions and performance of post-delivery obligations.

6. Provide legal services for a well-known angel fund to introduce an industry-oriented fund investment, including but not limited to fund contract negotiation and negotiation, drafting and finalization of raising documents, fund filing, etc.
