The arbitration award written by Jiang Chun was selected as "Excellent Arbitration Award" by Quzhou Arbitration Commission and Tongling Arbitration Commission respectively.

Jason Jiang is a founding partner of Shanghai DHHT Law Firm, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb) of the Royal Institute of British Arbitrators (RIBA), and an arbitrator of a renowned arbitration institution.

With nearly 30 years of experience in legal practice, Jason Jiang has accumulated extensive expertise in handling commercial dispute resolution cases. He primarily deals with major, complex, and difficult commercial litigation and arbitration cases, covering areas such as construction contract disputes, large-scale commodity sales disputes, corporate equity disputes, commercial franchise disputes, real estate sales and leasing disputes, and cross-border investment and M&A disputes. On March 20, 2026, Jason Jiang was invited by the Tongling Arbitration Commission to participate in a seminar on the revision of its arbitration rules and offered opinions on the "Tongling Arbitration Commission Arbitration Rules (2026 Edition)" (Draft for Comments).

From February 16 to 20, 2026, Jason Jiang was nominated by the Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (Shanghai International Arbitration Center) to participate as an observer representative in the 83rd session of Working Group II (Dispute Settlement) of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) held at the United Nations Headquarters (New York City, USA), and delivered a speech at the meeting.

On August 27, 2026, Jason Jiang led an event at Shanghai DHHT Law Firm for the "Equatorial Guinea Rule of Law Construction Training Program" approved by the Ministry of Commerce, and hosted the "China-Equatorial Guinea Rule of Law Construction Dialogue" forum, delivering the opening speech.

On June 30, 2025, Jason Jiang was invited by the Business School of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics to give a lecture to MBA students entitled "Ten Legal Traps Professional Managers Must Avoid."

On June 10, 2025, Jason Jiang led an event at Shanghai DHHT Law Firm for the "Legal Aid Training Program in China" approved by the Ministry of Commerce, and hosted the "China-Foreign Legal Aid Practice Dialogue" forum, delivering the opening speech.

On May 9, 2025, Jason Jiang led an event at Shanghai DHHT Law Firm for the "Nepal Judicial Practice Training Program" approved by the Ministry of Commerce, and hosted the "New Perspectives on Cross-border Legal Cooperation: China-Nepal Legal Practice Dialogue under the Belt and Road Initiative" forum, delivering the opening speech.

On May 10, 2025, Jason Jiang was invited by the organizing committee of the 4th International Belt and Road Initiative Practical Simulation Negotiation Competition to participate in the competition and deliver a closing summary speech.

On April 11, 2025, Jason Jiang spearheaded an exchange visit activity for international students from East China University of Political Science and Law and Shanghai DHHT Law Firm, and hosted the forum "New Perspectives on Cross-border Legal Cooperation: Dialogue between Chinese and Foreign Legal Practices under the Belt and Road Initiative," delivering the opening speech.

On May 23, 2024, Jason Jiang was invited to attend the Tongling Arbitration Work Conference and spoke as a representative of outstanding arbitrators.

On April 27, 2024, Jason Jiang was invited to participate in the exchange seminar for international students of the "Shanghe High-Level Young Scholars Program" at Shanghai University of Political Science and Law, and exchanged views with the visiting international students.

On April 24, 2024, Jason Jiang was invited to participate in the "2024 Intellectual Property Arbitration Thematic Seminar" hosted by the Shanghai Arbitration Commission, and shared his observations and reflections on "Diversified Dispute Resolution in Intellectual Property."

On January 19, 2024, Jason Jiang was invited to participate in the "China-US Dispute Resolution Litigation and Arbitration Seminar" hosted by the ADR and Arbitration Research Institute of Shanghai University and the Shanghai Branch of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, and chaired the second roundtable discussion, "Differences and Integration of China-US Arbitration."

On November 7, 2023, Jason Jiang was invited to participate in the seminar "The Rule of Law in Science and Technology Innovation Finance—Improving Modern Technological Innovation and Financial Governance," hosted by the Shanghai Financial Law Research Association and the Institute of Law of the Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences, and shared his insights on "Promoting the Linkage between Technological Innovation and Financial Development through the Rule of Law."

On September 26, 2023, Jason Jiang was invited to participate in the "Health-Themed Debate Competition" jointly organized by the Shanghai Municipal Health Commission, the Shanghai Municipal Health Promotion Committee Office, and the Shanghai Municipal Health Commission Youth League Committee, and served as a judge.

Jason Jiang is passionate about public welfare and giving back to society. He established the "Celebrating the New Journey - Jiang Chun·Kaiyuan Development Fund" at Shanghai Jiao Tong University and an education development fund at Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics.
