• Represented the Taizhou Environmental Protection Federation in the environmental pollution tort compensation dispute case heard by the Supreme People's Court, involving an amount of RMB 160 million (Case No.: (2015) Min Shen Zi No. 1366). Achieved the result of dismissing the retrial application filed by Taixing Jinhui Chemical Co., Ltd.; the case was designated as a Guiding Case in the Supreme People's Court Gazette.

• Provided legal services for bankruptcy reorganization to the bankruptcy administrator of Taizhou Kou'an Shipbuilding Co., Ltd., with responsibilities including leading all legal affairs throughout the reorganization process, reviewing creditors' claims, preparing the draft reorganization plan, presiding over creditors' meetings, and representing the administrator in litigation and arbitration matters arising from the bankruptcy, involving total debts of RMB 3 billion. Achieved court approval of the reorganization plan and termination of the reorganization proceedings in just three months (calculated from the date the court accepted the bankruptcy reorganization application). On February 22, 2021, the bankruptcy reorganization case of Taizhou Kou'an Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. and its affiliates was selected as a Typical Case of Bankruptcy Adjudication by Jiangsu Courts in 2020 by the Jiangsu High People's Court.

• Represented Jiangsu Hongcheng Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. in the appeal of the financial loan contract dispute involving Agricultural Bank of China, Jingjiang Branch, et al., as well as the first- and second-instance proceedings following remand for retrial, involving an amount of RMB 8.2 million (Second instance case No. following remand: (2023) Su 12 Min Zhong No. 3036). Achieved a judgment reducing the guarantee liability of Jiangsu Hongcheng Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. from RMB 8.2 million to RMB 2.02 million.
