Ÿ   Representing an asset management company as an investor of a trust scheme in a trust investment disputes over an amount of RMB 600 million against a property development company and other parties in Shanghai Financial Court, and winning the case in all respects；

Ÿ   Representing a commercial bank in a lawsuit over an amount of RMB 1 billion involving both criminal and civil proceedings, with the criminal procedure running parallel with the civil proceeding in Tianjin No. 3 Intermediate People's Court and Tianjin High People's Court respectively;
