Acting on behalf of Ms. Niu, I represented her in a medical liability dispute case against a top-tier hospital in Shanghai. Through multiple court hearings, communications, and evidence supplementation, the final judgment largely supported the client's claims, which was unanimously recognized by the client and her family.
Representing a data service company in a brokerage contract dispute with Mr. Guo, the defendant argued that he should not pay the commission because the house transfer was not completed. The agent stated that the plaintiff had fulfilled its intermediary responsibilities and obligations for the signing of the house purchase and sale contract. The failure to transfer the house was due to a breach between the buyer and seller, but this should not negate the work results already completed by the intermediary.
