1. Acted as the legal counsel for a listed company in Jiangxi Province and provided legal services for its investment and construction projects in Serbia. The project has a large investment scale and is a national-level foreign investment project in Serbia, which will serve as the European headquarters and production center of the said company after its completion, and its future business will cover the entire European Union, the Middle East, Central Asia and North Africa.

2. Retained by a listed company in Jiangsu Province, to provide legal services for its cross-border arbitration case with a Korean company (under the jurisdiction of SIAC). The related dispute covers investment, trade, technical cooperation and other fields, involving hundreds of millions of US dollars, and the transaction spans nearly a decade, which is a huge workload. (The case has been successfully closed, and our client has been compensated to its satisfaction.) 

Ms. Ho graduated from the Law School of Xiamen University in 2005 and then came to Shanghai to initiate her career as a lawyer. She has nearly 20 years of research and practice in the fields of cross-border investment and M&A, overseas projects of engineering and construction, international commercial dispute resolution, etc.

During her practice, Ms. Ho has provided "one-stop" legal services for dozens of cross-border projects, undertaken a large number of cross-border commercial litigation/arbitration cases, and has served as the perennial legal counsel of many multinational companies for a long time.
