2. Represented a construction group to sue a real estate developer, the amount involved being around RMB 100 million, and won the lawsuit.

3. Represented a construction group to sue a listed enterprise for engineering costs of over RMB 30 million, and reached a settlement in the litigation, the defendant taking the initiative to pay the fund.

4. Take charge of all the litigation affairs for a to-be-listed enterprise.

5. Succeeded in enabling the cancellation of the original judgment in a great deal of retrial cases.

6. One case selected into Top 10 Excellent Cases of Zhejiang Courts. 

7. Got deeply engaged in the non-litigation legal affairs of many renowned enterprises including Panda TV, Shanghai Project Banana, Oriental Cable Network, and more.
