Represented JD in handling equity transfer disputes involving complex legal issues such as guarantees, mortgages, and disclosure of information by listed companies, and all arbitration claims were ultimately supported;

Represented Maoyan Group in handling the dispute under the MA project. and ultimately all arbitration claims were supported;

Represented a large real estate company in handling equity transfer and loan disputes, which involved various forms of guarantee such as mortgage, equity pledge, and property pledge, and ultimately all claims were supported;

Represented an investment company in handling a series of equity transfer disputes, and received a winning verdict from the court;

Represented an investment company in handling securities investment disputes which involved notarization and authentication procedures in mainland China and Hong Kong, and obtained a favorable judgement from the court;

Represented an investment company in resolving equity transfer disputes and successfully obtained the court support;

Represented investors in resolving asset management disputes, involving issues such as equity buybacks, mergers and acquisitions, and information disclosure;

Represented Haitong to participate in the pre-restructuring project of Oceanwide;

Represented SCJ Johnson in handling a series of disputes regarding distributor contracts;

Represented Perfetti Van Melle in handling disputes regarding distribution agreements;

Represented a real estate company in handling disputes regarding housing lease contracts, the subject matter of the case was approximately RMB10 million;

Represented Lane Crawford in handling disputes regarding online shopping contracts, and the court ultimately rejected all claims of the other party;

Represented HTC in resolving supplier contract disputes and successfully preserved the other party's property;

Represented DHL in handling disputes regarding goods in bonded warehouse of which the subject matter of the case was approximately RMB 30 million;
