• Represented Mr. Du in a divorce case involving approximately RMB 100 million. Through the attorney's diligent coordination, both parties signed a divorce agreement and reached a successful pre-litigation settlement, securing approximately RMB 70 million in marital community property for the client.

• Represented Hefei XX Real Estate Co., Ltd. in a construction land use right transfer contract dispute involving over RMB 6 million. The court ruled that the defendant pay the plaintiff over RMB 4 million in transfer fees plus interest.

• Represented Anhui XX Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. in a construction project contract dispute involving over RMB 1.5 million. The court ordered the defendant to pay the plaintiff RMB 1,455,072 in outstanding project payments plus overdue payment interest.

• Represented worker Mr. Hu in a case lacking "traditional core evidence" such as written labor contracts, employee badges, or formal salary payment records. The attorney precisely identified key circumstantial evidence to form a complete evidentiary chain, and the appellate court ultimately confirmed the existence of a de facto labor relationship between Mr. Hu and the employer.

• Represented Mr. Pan in a theft case. During the review for prosecution phase, the procuratorate adopted the defense counsel's legal opinion recommending non-prosecution and issued a formal non-prosecution decision.

• Represented Mr. Huang in a fraud case involving over RMB 280,000, of which the court ultimately 认定 RMB 20,300. The first instance sentenced him to eight months' imprisonment with a fine of RMB 4,000; the second instance revised the sentence to a sole fine of RMB 4,000 (fine only, no imprisonment or probation).

• Represented Anhui XXX Decoration Engineering Co., Ltd. in a private prosecution for embezzlement involving over RMB 330,000. When both defendants failed to appear promptly and the case stalled, Attorney Cui applied to People's Court for arrest measures against both defendants based on extensive criminal litigation experience. The court adopted the representation opinion and successfully compelled both defendants to appear. Ultimately, under court mediation, the two defendants reached a settlement with the private prosecutor, compensating over RMB 310,000 in losses.
