Mr. Danny Lo, a permanent resident of Hong Kong, became a practicing lawyer in the People's Republic of China (PRC) in 2013. His achievement is noteworthy, as it is rare for a Hong Kong resident to practice PRC law in mainland China.
Before his practice in mainland China, Mr. Lo worked in Hong Kong law firms for nearly twenty years, receiving extensive training in the traditional English-style legal system, which has equipped him with a strong understanding of legal practices in Hong Kong.
Since obtaining his PRC lawyer qualification, Mr. Lo now provides legal services to corporate and individual clients from both overseas and Hong Kong. His areas of expertise include, but are not limited to: (1) civil and commercial legal proceedings and arbitration; (2) addressing intellectual property rights infringements; (3) managing property disputes related to foreign marriages and successions; and (4) conducting investigations into insurance claims.
Additionally, Mr. Lo assists corporate and individual clients from mainland China who require legal services in Hong Kong.
