Since starting my career in 2014, I have worked as a full-time lawyer in well-known Chinese-funded and Japanese-funded law firms in related professional fields. Up to now, I have been practicing for nearly ten years and hold a level one Japanese language proficiency test and a qualification as a performance agent.

For a long time, we have been in close contact with various types of enterprise clients, especially Japanese-funded ones. We have accumulated profound theoretical knowledge and rich practical experience in areas such as the investment and establishment of domestic and foreign-funded enterprises, compliance operation, labor and personnel dispute resolution, debt recovery, investment, financing, mergers and acquisitions, liquidation and withdrawal, as well as the authorization, rights protection and anti-counterfeiting of enterprise IP and trademarks and other intellectual property rights.
