1. Yang Moumou was convicted of setting up a casino, with the involved gambling funds amounting to over 6 million yuan, and his statutory sentence is more than five years. After the intervention of a lawyer, a suspended sentence was eventually granted.

2. Chen Moumou was convicted of selling goods bearing counterfeit registered trademarks. After intervention, a decision of non-prosecution was made, and the case has not yet entered the trial stage.

3. Zou Moumou was convicted of illegally absorbing public deposits. He personally helped his company illegally absorb an amount of 15 million yuan. After multiple communications between the lawyer and the court, the party was eventually given a suspended sentence.

Civil and commercial cases

1. In a dispute over a sales contract in the catering industry, a well-known catering company in Shanghai was successfully persuaded to make a one-time payment of the goods owed to the party concerned five years ago. From filing the case to its conclusion, it only took three months.

2. In the case of Li Moumou's private lending dispute, the first instance only supported the principal claim and did not support the interest claim. After the second instance judgment was reversed, all the claims for principal and interest were supported.

3. In case of a dispute over a luxury bag sales contract, to increase the chance of winning the lawsuit, the owner of the luxury bag should be informed of the transaction rules on the spot, and sufficient evidence should be submitted to prove the uniqueness of the transaction of the luxury bag. The other party should pay the price for selling the counterfeit bag in court.
