From 2011 to 2015, I represented the Shanghai Business Start-up Guidance Service Center (which was later merged into the Shanghai Employment Promotion Center) in over 600 cases of small-scale business start-up loan guarantee recovery. Through non-litigious negotiation and court litigation, I recovered approximately 12 million yuan in claims.
In 2020, we recovered over 3 million yuan of accounts receivable for a certain elevator decoration enterprise in Shanghai through non-litigation means.
I became a practicing lawyer at the end of September 2007 and have been practicing for over 16 years up to now. He has practiced law in Foshan, Guangzhou and Shanghai successively and is currently a full-time lawyer at Shanghai Dehehantong Law Office.
Bachelor of Laws degree from Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics.
From 2020 to 2023, I served as the legal advisor for the South Second Community Committee of Caohejing Sub-district, Xuhui District, Shanghai.
