Zhang Mou falsely sold a house to obtain a bank loan due to the need for funds. His descendants, as Zhang Mou's agent, attempted to seize the entire property. Despite losing the first instance, they strived for a remand for a retrial in the second instance and eventually managed to bring the property worth tens of millions back to Zhang Mou's name.
In a divorce case, I represented the female party and, despite the fact that the male party had paid the majority of the purchase price for a jointly-owned house (the main property of this case) before marriage, ultimately managed to secure the house for her.
