1. Securities-related Disputes

• Represented and assisted in multiple securities misrepresentation cases;

• Participated in multiple disputes involving securities pledge cases, representing securities companies in handling pledge contract disputes with pledgees;

• Participated in the first financial test case led by the Shanghai Financial Court, and engaged in research on cutting-edge financial disputes related to futures exchange settlement disputes.

2. Corporate-related Disputes

• Participated in a series of control dispute cases involving more than ten civil litigation proceedings and administrative review proceedings. The types of civil cases included disputes over share transfer contracts, resolutions, rights to information, changes to company registration, return of certificates and licenses, profit distribution disputes, and company dissolution disputes, as well as administrative procedures related to company registration changes；

• Participated in a case involving a well-known fund company regarding disputes over changes to company registration for its invested company;

• Participated in a case involving a well-known foreign enterprise regarding a dispute over the right to know in a joint venture within China.

3. Contract-related Disputes

• Provided legal advice on various contractual disputes to a well-known media company in Shanghai；

• Participated in various types of contract dispute cases, including loan contract dispute, distribution contract dispute, advertising contract dispute, insurance contract dispute, sales contract disputes, etc.

4. Foreign-related Disputes

• Participated in an international trade dispute arbitration proceeding initiated by a foreign-invested enterprise against a Chinese enterprise at the Swiss Arbitration Center (SAC), assisted the client in conducting background investigations, provided legal opinions and strategic solutions;

• Participated in a loan contract dispute case initiated by a Hong Kong company against a domestic company;

• Participated in an arbitration proceeding initiated by an overseas company against a Chinese enterprise regarding a distribution contract dispute;

• Participated in a guarantee contract dispute case involving foreign-related factors and the application of Hong Kong law, assisted the client in preparing a Hong Kong legal opinion.

5. Criminal Cases

• Assisted client in filing criminal reports against employees suspected of embezzling company property;

• Assisted clients in conducting internal investigations, interviews, and criminal reports for cases involving employees suspected of stealing company property.

• Assisted a globally renowned pharmaceutical company in cooperating with external regulatory institutions’ investigation;

• Led an internal anti-corruption investigation conducted by a renowned Hong Kong-based company targeting senior executives of its mainland subsidiaries, including developing the investigation plan, conducting background checks, reviewing documents, conducting interviews, and successfully reporting the case to the local public security bureau;

• Conducted a T&E review for a world-renowned company;

• Assisted a world-renowned cosmetics company in conducting an internal investigation involving corruption and fraud issues;

• Assisted a world-leading pharmaceutical company in providing comprehensive legal compliance advice on commercial bribery risks associated with its retail business;
