The case involved complex issues such as long-overdue service fees spanning many years, intricate payment calculations, and significant controversy over the legal characterization of the relationship. Through rigorous argument, secured a favorable ruling from the court.

Handled a residential sales contract dispute between individuals. Our legal interpretation regarding the nature of the contract—specifically, whether it constituted a sale or a gift—was adopted by the court.
