I presided over an arbitration case of a listed company's capital increase dispute (Note: performance bet), represented the shareholders of the target company to defend themselves, and presented convincing evidence and agency opinions in response to the dispute points summarized by the arbitration tribunal. Eventually, I helped the client secure a ruling that reduced the performance compensation amount from 1 billion yuan to 300 million yuan.

I led a lawsuit filed by a listed company's investment platform against the shareholders of the investment target company for capital increase. I represented the listed company's investment platform on its behalf, and my main job was to collect clues about the defendant's property. Plan the litigation scheme; Sort out and analyze the key points of dispute in the case; Write litigation documents; Communicate with the presiding judge about the procedural aspects; Court session; After applying for enforcement and other procedures, we ultimately helped the client successfully recover the full investment funds and secure 13 million yuan in interest.
