1. The transfer of un-settled project payment claims is also legal and valid. 2. For private house relocation, the person being relocated is only the property owner. No consideration is given to any household registration factors; if the property owner passes away without a will, the heirs will inherit according to the legal inheritance. 3. In contract dispute cases, if the quality agreement is unclear, it shall be appraised in accordance with national standards. If the appraisal is not qualified, due to the failure to achieve the purpose of the contract, the buyer claims to terminate the contract and return the payment.
