3. Disputes over power supply and consumption contracts: Represented a certain petrochemical company in a power supply and consumption contract dispute with the power supply bureau. Through precise defense, the company successfully avoided losses of approximately 5 million yuan.

4. Processing contract dispute: Represented a certain company and all its shareholders in handling a processing contract dispute with a mining equipment company. Not only did it prevent the company from suffering losses of approximately 9 million yuan, but it also successfully rejected the other party's improper claim that shareholders should bear joint and several liability beyond their capital contribution scope.

5. Dispute over shareholder qualification confirmation: Represented a listed company in a dispute over shareholder qualification confirmation with a partner. After multiple rounds of court hearings, all the litigation requests of the other party were ultimately successfully dismissed.

6. Disputes over expropriation compensation: Intervened in the second instance stage of expropriation compensation division, accurately pointed out the procedural flaws of the first instance, successfully facilitated the case to be remanded for retrial, and rejected the unreasonable claims of the other party.

Iii. Criminal Defense

The case of Gu's bribery: In this bribery case, through a meticulous review of the evidence chain and a strong defense of the sentencing circumstances, the client successfully obtained the minimum sentence. This case was listed as a typical case for government publicity and education.

2. Chen Mou's collusive bidding case: In the collusive bidding case, he successfully obtained bail for the client and ultimately achieved the ideal outcome of no prosecution.

3. Wang's drunk driving case: In the case of dangerous driving, he promoted the recognition of the party as a person with limited criminal responsibility capacity and successfully obtained the application of probation.

4. Tan's case of illegal mining: In the case of illegal mining, I successfully obtained bail for the client and eventually granted probation.

5. Lu's case of accepting bribes and offering bribes: During the probation period for the crime of colluding in bidding, he was also charged with the crimes of accepting bribes from non-state functionaries and offering bribes to non-state functionaries.
