• Represented a technology company in a software sales contract dispute. During arbitration, preserved the opposing party's bank account in a timely manner, achieving full recovery of the disputed amount.

• Represented a technology company in a lawsuit against its senior executive for damaging the company's interests. As the executive's profit-seeking behavior that damaged the company's interests was relatively concealed, successfully secured approximately RMB 2 million in damages for the client by uncovering and collecting audit reports, listing comparable businesses, industry profit margins, and other indirect evidence.

• Represented a technology company in a VAM (valuation adjustment mechanism) dispute with its shareholder. Despite the accounting firm having already issued a net profit audit report, comprehensively reviewed the financial records during the VAM period involved in the dispute, ultimately securing a second-instance reversal that reduced the client's VAM payment by approximately RMB 4 million.

• Represented a fund company in a private debt repurchase dispute with a subject matter exceeding RMB 400 million. Facilitated mediation between the parties during arbitration, successfully helping the client obtain a one-year payment period and significantly alleviating financial pressure.

• Represented a state-owned environmental protection company in a financing trade contract dispute. From the perspectives of goods delivery, capital flow, and cooperation process of the transaction, negated the characterization of the contract as a financing trade contract. Both the first-instance and second-instance courts supported the client's claims exceeding RMB 20 million.

• Represented an aviation technology company in a dormant shareholder disclosure case. Despite the opposing party providing sufficient evidence of nominee shareholding agreement, advanced multi-layered nominee shareholding arguments to secure time advantages for the client.

• Represented an engineering company in a work contract dispute. After obtaining a judgment supporting all of the client's claims, added shareholders as additional parties subject to enforcement through enforcement objection litigation during the enforcement phase, helping the client recover over RMB 6 million within two years.

• Represented a real estate company in a financial loan contract dispute with a subject matter exceeding RMB 30 million. Fully utilized jurisdictional objections and appeal periods to secure time advantages for the client's capital turnover.

• Represented an electromechanical technology company in a contract dispute. Through in-depth study of the nature and characteristics of sales contracts, work contracts, and construction contracts, filed a jurisdictional objection asserting that the case should be subject to exclusive jurisdiction at the project location, ultimately facilitating a settlement between the opposing party and the client.

• Represented a financing guarantee company in recovery right disputes, handling over ten cases cumulatively and recovering over RMB 20 million in guaranteed payments for the client.

• Represented an environmental protection company in a creditor's subrogation case. Fully exercised defense rights against the debtor regarding contract performance, thereby facilitating a tripartite mediation settlement.

• Represented a trading company in an enforcement case. By adding two shareholders as parties subject to enforcement, achieved full recovery of the debt amount through enforcement.

• Represented a company in a private loan contract dispute with a shareholder, with a subject matter exceeding RMB 60 million. By reviewing the fund transfers between shareholders, reduced the client's payment of certain overdue interest.
