• Served for many years in the criminal prosecution division of the Hangzhou procuratorial organs; recognized as a “10th Outstanding Public Prosecutor” of the Hangzhou procuratorial organs, a member of both the public prosecution talent pool and the procuratorial theory research talent pool of the Hangzhou People’s Procuratorate, and awarded Third-Class Personal Merit by the Hangzhou People’s Procuratorate on multiple occasions.

• Long engaged in corporate governance work covering data security, intellectual property, trade secret protection, corporate compliance, and legal risk prevention. Collaborated on building regulatory compliance organizations, systems, and data security assurance frameworks for entities including Ant Consumer Finance, and was invited as a corporate expert to participate in the formulation of Hangzhou municipal-level normative documents such as the Guidelines for Identification and Prevention of Corporate Data Criminal Risks and the Guidelines for Criminal Judicial Protection of Data-Related Trade Secrets.

• Served as perennial legal counsel for an aerospace and new energy enterprise, leading a team deeply integrated into its business and compliance systems, and providing one-stop comprehensive legal services covering corporate governance, intellectual property, contract review, compliance review, due diligence, and more. Successfully assisted the client in completing a Series A financing round of nearly RMB 100 million.
