2. In a supply chain contract dispute with a disputed amount exceeding RMB 5 million tried by a court of first instance in Shanghai, represented the plaintiff in claiming payment of goods and breach of contract liability against the defendant/buyer.

3. In a supply chain contract dispute with a disputed amount exceeding RMB 1 million tried by a court of first instance in Wuxi Jiangsu, represented the plaintiff in claiming a partial refund of the deposit from the defendant in the event of the plaintiff's breach.

4. In an investment contract dispute with a disputed amount in the millions tried on appeal by the Shandong High People’s Court, represented the investor in claiming the fund manager's responsibility for breaching the duties of loyalty and diligence.
