Lawyer Pan Guangwei from Dehehantong has been appointed as a hearing officer at the People's Procuratorate of Xuhui District, Shanghai

On September 11, 2025, the Xuhui District People's Procuratorate of Shanghai held the second hearing officer appointment ceremony and symposium training session. Lawyer Pan Guangwei, a partner of the Shanghai office of Dehehantong, was invited to attend the conference and was appointed as a hearing officer for a term of three years. Zhu Liming, a member of the Party Group and deputy procurator-general of the court, attended and presented appointment letters to representatives of the hearing participants.

The Sixth Prosecution Department, in accordance with the work regulations of the Supreme People's Procuratorate and the Municipal procuratorate, conducted the first training for the hearing participants, interpreting the standardized procedures for hearings and clarifying the relevant work requirements.
