Lawyers from Dehehantong were invited to give a lecture to students of the Law School of Shanghai University

On October 24, 2025, the 7th Panchi Legal Practice Forum, hosted by the Law School of Shanghai University (hereinafter referred to as "Shangu Law School"), was successfully held at the Baoshan Campus of Shangu Law School. During the event, Mr. Yu Wei, the deputy secretary of the Party Committee and vice dean of the School of Law at Shanghai University, attended, and Professor Li Zhi from the School of Law at Shanghai University presided over the event. Lawyer Jiang Chun, the founding partner of Dehehantong, and Lawyer Zhang Wencan, the director of the National Management Committee and the Taizhou Office of Dehehantong, were invited to give keynote speeches to over 50 students from the Law School of Shanghai University.

01. Theme Sharing

Lawyer Zhang Wencan, the director of the National Management Committee and the Taizhou Office of Dehehantong, delivered a presentation on the theme of "From Law School to Legal Professional: The Growth Path and Career Blueprint of Outstanding Legal Talents". He elaborated in detail on the characteristics of the Taizhou office, the multi-dimensional charm of the legal profession, the balance between ideals and reality, and the foundation of a lawyer's existence. Starting from his personal professional experience, he deeply analyzed how lawyers can maintain a balance when facing the challenges between ideals and reality. Lawyer Zhang Wencan pointed out that "Dao and Shu" are the foundation for a lawyer to stand firm. "Shu" refers to "legal techniques, debating skills, negotiation strategies, marketing methods and time management", and "Dao" refers to "integrity, empathy, justice, professional ethics and social responsibility". Both are indispensable and are the key for lawyers to move forward in the legal industry.

Lawyer Jiang Chun, the founding partner of Dehehantong, introduced the company's history, team size, office construction, professionalization, cultural development, middle and back-office construction, and the honors it has received. From a multi-faceted perspective on career development, he analyzed the future path for legal professionals, encouraging law students to broaden their horizons and actively explore various directions such as lawyers, prosecutors, and judges. He emphasized that honing professional skills with a craftsman's spirit and establishing solid trust with clients are the cornerstones of long-term career development. Finally, he concluded with a classic line from "The Pursuit of Happinknocking", inspiring the students present, "If you have an ideal, you should strive to achieve it."

02. Question-and-answer session

During the Q&A session, students actively raised questions about their future career choices and plans. Lawyers Jiang Chun and Zhang Wencan shared their personal insights and opinions. The on-site discussion was lively and the atmosphere was active.

This forum has established a platform for academic exchange and knowledge sharing, providing an opportunity for young legal practitioners to sort out their career plans and clarify their development directions.
