Confusion surrounds land ownership, labor relations, tax policies... The policy red lines and business opportunities are intertwined, and there is no basis for risk prevention. Project progress is fraught with difficulties, and compliance costs remain high... Want to deeply engage in the fertile soil of China-Uganda economic and trade cooperation, but lack precise legal guidance? Don't worry! Dehehantong has gathered professional lawyers and professors who have practiced for many years and have been deeply involved in legal services for the "Belt and Road Initiative" in Africa. After a long period of refinement, this book focuses on the investment compliance practices in Uganda, helping you clarify core regulations such as investment, labor, mining and environmental protection, taxation, and anti-commercial bribery, solving compliance pain points, finding the right path for overseas expansion, and giving Chinese enterprises more confidence and better organization when investing in Uganda!
