Immediately following this, an annual mid-year briefing will take everyone to review the progress and achievements made in the first half of the year, laying a solid foundation for the in-depth discussions throughout the day.
In the subsequent roundtable discussion, the partners will sit together and talk about an unavoidable topic - the path to advancement for the partners.
From a professional backbone to a team leader, from operating independently to building a platform together - where does this path lead? What kind of vision, perspective and responsibility are needed? In each other's paths, one can reflect on oneself; in the collisions, one can re-understand the significance of the word "partner".

July 19th | Grow outward, calibrate your course in the tide of history
If the first day was "working hard to pull the vehicle", the second day was "looking up to see the road ahead". In the morning, specially invited industry observers presented cutting-edge insights, shifting their focus away from the internal workings of the law firm and onto the overall flow of the legal service industry.
Seeing the trends in the changes and determining one's own position within those trends - this is the "big-picture perspective" that every partner needs.
Next came the most crucial moment of this meeting - the keynote speech titled "Initiating a New Era".
