On July 28, 2026, the "Construction Project Case Selection" of the Shanghai Construction and Infrastructure Business Committee of DHHT Law Firm (hereinafter referred to as "Construction Committee") was officially released. Cao Xiong, the deputy secretary of the committee of Shanghai DHHT Law Firm, a partner of the Shanghai office of DHHT Law Firm, and the director of the Construction Industry Working Committee, presided over and delivered a speech at the press conference. First, he reviewed the development history of the Construction Industry Working Committee since its establishment in 2022. He stated that starting from the "Construction Project Compliance Manual" to the "Compilation of Construction Project Cases", the Working Committee has been continuously exploring ways to combine theoretical research with legal practice, hoping to transform case handling experience into professional achievements that can be accumulated and shared.
