Focusing on Enterprise Rescue and Reorganization, Sorting Out Full-Chain Service Pathways — Dehe TALK Session 17 Held

On 29 October 2026, the 17th session of "Dehe TALK" under the 20th Anniversary Series of Shanghai DHHT Law Firm — the Exchange Seminar on Full-Chain Services for Enterprise Rescue and Reorganization — was held. Jointly hosted by Hefei Legal Service Zone and Hefei Bankruptcy Administrators Association, the event was organized by the Hefei Office of Shanghai DHHT Law Firm and the Education & Training Committee of Hefei Bankruptcy Administrators Association. It also served as the 16th event of the Hefei Legal Service Zone · Legal Express Program. Centered on full-process legal services for enterprise rescue and reorganization, the seminar sorted out key issues and practical approaches at each stage of distressed enterprise resolution.

At the opening of the event, the Hefei Legal Service Zone delivered a special introduction, giving a comprehensive overview of the platform’s resource aggregation and operational outcomes. Afterwards, Liang Xiaolong, Vice President of Hefei Bankruptcy Administrators Association, delivered an opening remark and extended a welcome to all attendees. During the thematic sharing session, Lawyer Qiu Wenyu, Lead of the Enterprise Rescue and Reorganization Practice Center and Director of the Shanghai Management Committee of Shanghai DHHT Law Firm, delivered a presentation on full-chain legal services for enterprise rescue and reorganization. Taking the full workflow of distressed enterprise resolution as the main thread, he outlined key points covering risk early warning, debt restructuring, reorganization plan formulation, reorganization implementation and value restoration. Combined with typical cases, he analyzed practical difficulties and corresponding solutions. His presentation clarified the linkages between different resolution stages and provided references for plan evaluation and professional collaboration.
