On November 22, 2025, the third meeting of the first National Management Committee of Dehehantong in 2025 was successfully held at Xianghu Xiaoyao Manor in Hangzhou. Lawyers Zhang Hengtong and Jiang Chun, founding partners of Dehehantong, Lawyer Zhang Wencan, the first chairperson of the National Management Committee of Dehehantong, and lawyers Wang Cong, Zhu Guangzhong, Qiu Wenyu, Zhang Yong, Zhang Li, Zhou Zhan, Hou Jie, Yuan Nan, Sheng Gaoya, Zeng Tao and Xue Jie, members of the first National Management Committee, attended the meeting. 01. Welcome speech

Lawyer Zhou Wang, the director of the Hangzhou Office (in preparation) of Dehehantong, delivered a welcoming speech. He first extended a warm welcome to the participants from all over the country who had come from afar to Hangzhou. Lawyer Zhou Wang believes that this meeting is an important reunion for the Dehe family and a crucial opportunity to discuss major plans and draw a blueprint together. He calls on all colleagues to unite their efforts, work in unison, and jointly enhance the professional competitiveness and brand influence of Dehehantong. He introduced that Hangzhou combines the beauty of lakes and mountains with a thousand-year-old cultural heritage, and its innovative vitality and inclusive attitude can add a unique charm to this trip. Finally, Lawyer Zhou Wang wished the meeting a complete success, and hoped that all the participants would have smooth work, good health, and gain friendship and consensus.

02. Appointment Report

Lawyer Zhang Wencan, the first director of the National Management Committee of Dehehantong, delivered a report on his appointment. He first retraced his personal journey of connecting with Dehehantong and sincerely invited the participants to work and exchange in Taizhou. Lawyer Zhang Wencan pointed out that the National Management Committee has fully played its collaborative role and achieved results in establishing a standardized meeting mechanism for the National Management Committee, attaching great importance to the construction of local offices, supporting the development of external liaison work, establishing an operation system, promoting large-scale and professional construction, assisting in the advancement of the compliance risk control system and digital transformation, and strengthening training and internal construction. Finally, Lawyer Zhang Wencan looked to the future. He believes that under the leadership of the new National Management Committee and the joint efforts of all colleagues, Dehehantong will surely continue to solve problems, provide clients with better legal services, and contribute more to the construction of the macro rule of law.

Lawyer Zhang Wencan, the first chairperson of the National Management Committee of Dehehantong, led the review of the 3.0 version of the National Management Committee Rules. He introduced that the formulation and revision of this rule have always been centered on the needs of the coordinated and integrated development of offices in various regions. This revision and adjustment mainly focus on aspects such as the composition of members, financial arrangements, and meeting forms, which is an optimization and improvement based on the current reality and future plans. On the spot, the participants engaged in a detailed discussion around the rules and terms, reached a consensus, and voted to pass the 3.0 version of the rules by applauding.
