01. Welcome speech

Lawyer Zhou Wang, the director of the Hangzhou Office (in preparation) of Dehehantong, delivered a welcoming speech. He extended a warm welcome to his colleagues who came to Hangzhou to participate in the "Intermediate Eagle Program". Lawyer Zhou Wang introduced the blue ocean advantages of legal services in the Hangzhou area and the progress of the Hangzhou office's preparation. 02. Opening Remarks

Lawyer Qiu Wenyu, the director of the Shanghai Office Management Committee of Dehehantong and a member of the National Management Committee, delivered the opening speech. Professor Li Nan, a lecturer, is an associate professor at the Shanghai Advanced Institute of Finance, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and the deputy director of the Institute of Securities Finance, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. She holds a Ph.D. in economics from the University of Chicago. She has taught at the National University of Singapore Business School and the Antai College of Economics and Management, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. She has collaborated on articles with the winner of the 2013 Nobel Prize in Economics. He/She has also presided over multiple research projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation of China's general Program and the Shanghai Pujiang Talent Fund Project. She shared her insights from aspects such as "China's Macroeconomy and Financial Markets under Uncertainty", "China's Decision-making in the Face of Economic Uncertainty", and "Financial Risks and Financial Regulation".

Lawyer Lin Qingcheng, the lecturer, is a founding partner of Beijing Weiheng (Hangzhou) Law Firm and has over 20 years of experience in providing legal services for non-performing assets. Ren Weiheng Law Firm's Hangzhou Office is the director of the Bankruptcy and Special Assets Business Department, the deputy director of the Non-performing Assets Disposal Professional Committee of the Zhejiang Lawyers Association, an arbitrator of the Hangzhou Arbitration Commission, the secretary-general of the Yangtze River Delta Special Assets Investment Alliance, and a lawyer in the lawyer database of several large enterprises. Lawyer Wang Yuanyuan, a lecturer, is a senior partner at the Shanghai office of Dehehantong. She has served as a prosecutor in the criminal prosecution business department of the Shanghai procuratorial organs for over ten years. She is also a researcher at the Beijing Lawyers' Legal Research Association, a researcher at the Shanghai Enterprise Compliance Research Center (SACC), and a member of the Criminal Procedure Law and Criminal Defense Professional Committee of the Shanghai Bar Association. She analyzed key points such as "clarifying the core work of defense", "referring to the work of prosecutors", and "clarifying the key points of core document writing and the core principles of defense", so as to enable trainees to carry out practical work efficiently.

Interpretation of the Draft of the new Judicial interpretation of the Company Law for Public Comment

Professor Fan Jian, a lecturer, is an associate professor and doctoral supervisor at the Law School of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. He has presided over four national and provincial-level research projects, published three personal monographs, and published over 30 papers in several authoritative journals. Many of his decision-making consultation reports have received positive comments from central leaders. Starting from the perspective of "the organizational law characteristics of the Company Law", he elaborated on contents such as "an overview of the draft of the judicial interpretation for public comment, several important new provisions, regulations on equity holding by proxy, and special provisions on listed companies", helping the trainees sort out the overall picture and key points of the new draft of the judicial interpretation of the Company Law for public comment.

A comparison before and after the revision of the Arbitration Law and its practical significance

Mr. Zhao Liang, the lecturer, is the deputy secretary-general of the Hangzhou Arbitration Commission. He has studied at the Marshall Law School in Chicago, USA. He has been honored with titles such as "Outstanding Prosecutor of Jilin Province", "Top Ten Case-Handling Experts of the Changchun Procuratorial System", and "Prosecutor Satisfying the People". He has been awarded the Second-Class Merit twice and has published over ten papers in several authoritative journals and authored more than ten books. He pointed out the important knowledge points related to the Arbitration Law around key words such as "the background and overall thinking of the new Arbitration Law", "Innovation of arbitration agreements and procedural rules", "support and supervision in judicial and other aspects", "Breakthroughs and innovations in foreign-related arbitration", and "the credibility of arbitration and industry governance", and pointed out the connection path between theory and practice for the trainees.

04. Guest Sharing

After the theme sharing, Lu Weihua, the secretary-general of the Secretariat of Taizhou Arbitration Commission, delivered a speech. She began her speech with three key words: "gratitude", "embrace" and "anticipation", expressing her gratitude for being invited to speak, her embrace of the opportunities brought by the new "Arbitration Law", and her anticipation of cooperating with everyone to achieve a win-win future.

05. Group topic discussion

All the group members were highly enthusiastic about learning and quickly started a brainstorming session. The eight groups respectively focused on "Legal Services for Family Wealth Inheritance", "Special Legal Services for Difficult Enforcement Cases", "Full-process Legal Services for Enterprise Bankruptcy", "Legal Services for Enterprise Accounts Receivable Collection and Management", "Full-process Legal Services for enterprise labor and General Trade union", "Legal Services for Criminal Prosecution and Defense", "Legal Services for Enterprise Mergers and Acquisitions and Reorganization", and "Protection of the rights and interests of Financial consumers/investors" The topic of "Full-process legal services" will be discussed.

06. Group project presentation

After a lively discussion, the group members reported in an orderly manner. Each group provided multi-perspective, multi-faceted and multi-dimensional explanations around their respective themes, demonstrating the innovation of the discussion results in theory and their operability in practice.

07. Jury Comments and Awards Presentation

Lawyer Kang Yusheng, the representative of the review panel and the director of the Lanzhou office of Dehehantong, made a summary and comment on the course presentation. He pointed out the product attributes and corresponding features of the reported achievements, and made detailed and objective evaluations and guidance on the legal service products of each group. Lawyer Kang Yusheng stated that when everyone shares the same aspiration, they will prevail; when everyone is in the same boat, they will thrive. He hopes that the various legal service products of Dehehantong will be of even higher quality.

Subsequently, the organizing committee announced the list of winners. Groups 5, 7 and 8 respectively won the Best Breakthrough Innovation Award, the Best Implementation Practice Award and the Best Team Collaboration Award. Lawyer Kang Yusheng, the representative of the judging panel and the director of the Lanzhou office of Dehehantong, presented the awards to the winning teams.

08. A representative of the trainees made a speech

Lawyer Liu Xiang, senior partner of the Shanghai office of Dehehantong, Lawyer Zhao Jing from Beijing Yingke (Shanghai) Law Firm, and Lawyer Zhao Kaidi, partner of the Hefei office of Dehehantong, spoke as representatives of the trainees. 09. Graduation Speech

Lawyer Zhang Yao, the managing partner of the Shanghai office of Dehehantong, delivered the closing speech. She greeted the lawyers from various law firms present and hoped that everyone would provide feedback on their experiences to help optimize the event. Lawyer Zhang Yao shared the original intention of the "Intermediate Eagle Program", pointing out the value of the "Intermediate Eagle Program" in enhancing everyone's professional knowledge and skills.
