The three lawyers of Dehehantong have been appointed as arbitrators of the Taizhou Arbitration Commission.

On January 20th, the Taizhou Arbitration Commission officially announced the list of newly appointed arbitrators for the fifth Taizhou Arbitration Commission. Li Jian and Hu Jun, members of the Dehehantong Expert Committee, and Sun Hong, a partner of the Shanghai office, were newly appointed as arbitrators of the Taizhou Arbitration Commission.

Hu Jun Lawyer

Graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, with a Master's degree in Law and a Bachelor's degree in Economics (International Economics and Trade). He has been practicing law for over fifteen years, having extensive theoretical and practical experience in commercial non-litigation and dispute resolution (litigation and arbitration) fields. His main business areas include companies, real estate, digital economy, and pharmaceutical health. He has handled and participated in over 500 cases, including several mass-action commercial arbitration cases. He is proficient in resolving disputes through a combination of litigation, commercial arbitration, mediation, and negotiation. Clients include several large real estate enterprises; he has deeply participated in projects of the Shanghai Health Commission; representative cases include providing legal opinions on disputes involving tens of billions of yuan of land use rights, providing full legal services for the liquidation and closure of a local enterprise in Shanghai and facilitating the resettlement and compensation for over a hundred employees. He has passed the "Construction and Real Estate" professional assessment of the Shanghai Bar Association and is among the first batch of "Data Compliance Experts" of the Shanghai Chamber of Commerce and the Shanghai Data Exchange. He has been appointed as an arbitrator of the Tangshan Arbitration Commission (Tangshan International Arbitration Court), the Yulin Arbitration Commission, a part-time mediator of the Shanghai Qingpu Fuyu Commercial Mediation Center, a lawyer mediator of the Shanghai Hongqiao Business District, and a member of the Case Quality Evaluation Expert Group of the Shanghai Legal Aid Center. He has participated in relevant exchange activities of the Shanghai Arbitration Commission, Wuhan Arbitration Commission, and the Hainan International Arbitration Court, and received the completion certificate of the "Panoramic Training Camp for International Commercial Dispute Diversification" jointly organized by the Shanghai Oriental International Commercial Mediation Institute and the Shanghai International Arbitration Association College.

Sun Hong Lawyer

Graduated from Northwestern University in the United States. Currently studying at Shanghai Jiao Tong University's Graduate School. Serving as a member of the Securities Compliance Committee of the Shanghai Bar Association, a public interest lawyer for small and medium-sized investors' protection, a director of Xuhui Qinglaw Alliance, and an arbitrator of Zibo Arbitration Commission. Has handled over 10 cases of securities fraud disputes caused by information disclosure violations of listed companies. The cases handled have been selected as typical cases in financial commercial trials, enterprise bankruptcy trials, and foreign-related civil and commercial trials in various courts for consecutive years.
