On June 30, 2026, the seventh episode of "Dehe Talk" in the 20th anniversary series of DHHT Law Firm - "Brief Introduction to Debt Enforcement and the Empowerment of Information Technology - Exploring the Cooperation of Debt Collection through Litigation and Enforcement Integration" was successfully held. This event was jointly organized by the Committee of Shanghai DHHT Law Firm and the Shanghai Bad Asset and Restructuring Business Committee of DHHT Law Firm. The exchange focused on the practical aspects of debt enforcement, the exploration of property clues, and the cooperation mechanism of litigation and enforcement integration. The aim was to build a platform for collaborative communication between litigation and enforcement businesses, and to promote the sharing of debt collection business experience and cooperation linkage. The event was chaired by Lawyer Yang Yiqin, the co-chair of the Shanghai Bad Asset and Restructuring Business Committee of DHHT Law Firm.

Wang Yong, the director of the Shanghai Non-performing Assets and Restructuring Business Committee of DHHT Law Firm, delivered a presentation on the practical aspects of debt collection. Based on his experience in the court's enforcement bureau and the handling of enforcement cases, Wang Yong focused on explaining the legal connotations, applicable boundaries, and core procedures of debt collection, and clarified key steps such as debt freezing, notice of performance delivery, handling objections from secondary debtors, and compulsory enforcement. He also analyzed controversial issues in practice by referring to enforcement reconsideration cases, providing case-handling ideas for debt collection cases.

Xue Jie, the secretary of the committee of Zhonggong Shanghai DHHT Law Firm and the managing partner of the Shanghai office of DHHT Law Firm, delivered a presentation on the management of enterprise accounts receivable, debt collection, and the use of information technology to empower creditor enforcement. Based on his years of experience in handling commercial disputes and non-litigation collection efforts, Mr. Xue Jie outlined the key points of the entire cycle management of enterprise accounts receivable, analyzed the handling strategies at different stages such as non-litigation negotiations, litigation preservation, and compulsory execution, and jointly introduced the digital methods for mining property leads with the professional data company guests. He also discussed new paths for enabling creditor collection through information technology, focusing on the relationships between debtors and their upstream and downstream businesses, hidden debts, and the investigation of accounts receivable.
