4.Managed service contract disputes, including marketing projects for M&M’s and Dove chocolates.

1.Represented clients in trademark infringement disputes and administrative disputes involving trademark invalidation requests, including prominent clothing company Romon Group and the well-known hospitality chain “Tree Frog Tribe.”

2.Managed an appeal case involving the damage to company interests, successfully overturning the first-instance judgment that accused the client of economic crimes.

3.Represented a construction company in a subcontracting contract dispute related to the Hainan Haihua Island project, achieving full support for the appeal and overturning the judgment to hold the client free of any responsibility.

4.Accepted representation after an arbitration award was enforced and successfully petitioned for the annulment of the arbitration award, leading the arbitration committee to agree to a retrial and persuading the opposing party to withdraw their arbitration request.

5.Handled a complex shareholder dispute involving creditor rights, which was escalated to a higher jurisdiction due to the case’s complexity and its potential impact on similar cases in the region.
